In partnership with the Survey Research Center of the Muskie School of Public Service, The Maine Food Strategy published the 2014 Consumer Survey Report documenting the food-purchasing habits of nearly 600 Maine households.
Topics include where Mainers purchase their food, barriers to buying more locally produced food and seafood, confusion around food labeling and whether they supplement food by means of hunting, gathering, fishing or gardening.
