Maine Food Convergence

Maine Food Strategy is proud to be a partner in the Maine Food Convergence Project!

The project convenes organizations, networks, groups, and individuals to catalyze collective action towards a thriving Maine food system that is equitable, just, and regenerative.

The Maine Food Convergence is coordinated by representatives from statewide network initiatives. In 2020, the project partnered with community food council groups to administer a survey and host five virtual regional dialogues.  Over 400 people responded to the survey and 160 people attended the dialogues.  Input from these events is informing topics for a series of working sessions that will take place starting in February 2021.

We all have a stake in the success of Maine food. Your voice matters!
